What inspired Kyla to become a Stylist-

"I have loved dogs for as long as I can remember. I have always been very passionate about dogs. I became interested in grooming after getting my first dog:)"

Kyla has been part of The Bark Spa Burlington family since 2025, bringing fresh grooming experience and a passion for creating calm, spa-like transformations for every pet that visits.

With expert training, certification and passion, Kyla approaches each appointment as both an art and a relationship — focusing on comfort, beauty, and trust.

Philosophy & Approach

Kyla believes that luxury pet care not only means a safe, clean, and enjoyable experience for your pet. I also believe quality products and equipment are a part of luxury care. Luxury pet care is the drive to provide a relaxing and trusting environment where pets and their owners feel comfortable knowing they are receiving the best everything from the spa. Their goal is to ensure every dog leaves feeling pampered, confident, and loved. They do so by understanding and meeting the dog that is on your table that day is an essential part of helping pets feel relaxed and comfortable. I think that building trust with each dog and knowing they are all different creates a better experience.  Whether working with anxious pups, senior dogs, or show breeds, Kyla takes pride in tailoring each session to the individual pet’s needs.

Their favorite part of the process- "I love the one on one time I get to spend with the pet on my table. Learning them and building trust and a wonderful relationship with each dog. I would say my most favorite part is the owner when they see their fur baby’s new haircut and just how confident each dog is after their owner sees them:)"

Personal Touch

When Kyla isn’t transforming pups at The Bark Spa, "I am a karaoke enthusiast I love to hangout with my friends and enjoy going to the dog park for hours upon hours"

Their own pets: I have a 5 lbs. 3 year old poodle mix named Hazel bean she is my first dog and the reason I became interested in dog grooming
